I purchased a #plaud NOTE and #limitless pendant.
Next, I captured 15+ hours in real world settings. “AI” results ranged from passable to awful to useless.
For their current generation designs, I cannot recommend either for capturing ambient conference dialog – the technology just isn’t there yet.
I’m returning the Plaud.
I’m keeping the Limitless.
If you already have an iPhone or Android device capable of creating voice memos and performing rudimentary transcription — stick with that.
