Years ago when I lived in Las Vegas, Uber did app based grassroots campaigning to be allowed to operate. Today, I prefer Lyft but Uber made brigading via app a reality.
So TikTok. If you open the app it determines your local legislation representative and provides a phone number to call. Once connected the local legislation representative seems to know exactly what you are calling about if you say “TikTok” and provides a reasoned response.
